OUR FACILITY IS OPEN!
for receiving deliveries.
To maintain safe health procedures and physical distancing, receiving practices will be contactless.
TRANSPORT AND PARCEL DELIVERIES
DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED
FOR ALL SHIPMENTS INTO CATALYST
(Deliveries without appointments may be refused)

“SHIPPING AND RECEIVING” OFFICE
FOR DOOR ASSIGNMENT
SKIDDED DELIVERIES
Receiver will offload/load shipment.
PARCEL DELIVERIES
Drivers are to deposit parcels on the platform.
The receiver will provide a name to assign against the delivery

Covid-19 – RECEIVING POLICY UPDATE
- Delivery appointments will be issued and scheduled for all deliveries
- Deliveries are by appointment only – using our online appointment portal at http://www.catalystbiz.com/contact-us/
- Drivers are to report to the “SHIPPING AND RECEIVING” entrance to confirm the delivery. Entry is restricted to the designated area.
- The driver will be directed to a dock and asked to open the trailer doors prior to connecting to the dock.
- The catalyst team will off load the shipment.
- The catalyst team will verbally provide their name for the driver to use as proof of delivery (the catalyst team will not sign for any shipments during this time).
