To all our valued customers;

The Covid-19 pandemic continues to challenge us in ways never experienced before. As the province of Ontario once again grapples with an unprecedented rise in positive cases, we all find that our lives have been significantly impacted in one way or another.

Our organization is made up of dozens of people all trying to make the best of their individual situations, and unfortunately, it is just as prone to the challenges the rest of society faces. We are trying to find the best way to keep all our family members as safe as possible, while answering the needs of our valued customers. We are trying to navigate our way through this rapidly evolving situation, which repeatedly reminds us that predictability and planning are about as far away from absolute as they have ever been.

It is possible we will experience service delays in the coming weeks, particularly in areas of the company that cannot work remotely, such as our production and warehouse departments. We ask that you stay patient with us and try to remember that our organization is made up of individuals who, just like you, are nervous and anxious about their health in these uncertain times. While many factors are currently out of our control, we will continue to adapt and to be as responsive as possible, just as we have since March 2020.
